"Support got back to me way quicker then..."
Support got back to me way quicker then I thought they would, and it felt like they actually read my message. It took a few emails back and forth, but in the end they got it sorted, so I cant really complain.

"Servers keep messing up my games"
I actually enjoy the games themselves, but the 2K servers are so hit or miss. Some nights everything loads fine and I can play without any issues, then the next day I’m getting kicked out or seeing some “online services unavailable” message.

It’s frustrating, especially when you lose progress or get dropped in the middle of a match. The support pages don’t really do much either. For such a big company, I feel like this should be way more reliable.

"Refund got handled faster than I thought"
I ran into a weird billing issue after buying VC on 2k.com and somehow got charged twice. Reading between the lines, I figured it might turn into one of those long back-and-forth support headaches, but it really didn’t. I sent in a ticket, got a reply the next day, and the refund was back on my card a few days later. No arguing, no hassle, just sorted out smoothly. Definitely 5 stars from me...

"Super easy to buy stuff in-game"
I grabbed some VC and a few packs, and surprisingly, everything went through without any drama. The prices are, well, exactly as ridiculous as you'd expect, but at least the purchase was quick and showed up in my account right away.

"Got my account back faster than I expected"
I got locked out after some kind of ban issue and thought my account might be gone for good, so I was nervous about pushing anything too risky or making it worse. 2K support looked into it, explained what had happened, and after a couple of days I was able to get back in. It wasn’t a perfect process, but they did handle it and got things sorted.
